Cinematic is a treatment, not a place or a subject, so the set is mixed. All of it is Japan. Quiet temple grounds in Kyoto under autumn maples, people in kimono walking away from me, then Shibuya at night seen from above, all noise and signage. A crepe counter after closing. A sweets kiosk framed in fake roses.
